What to do in an emergency
Our vets operate a full-time emergency service both during and outside of our normal office opening times to provide our clients with veterinary cover 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, including bank holidays and weekends.

During working hours your call will be answered by our experienced and knowledgeable office staff who will arrange for a vet to call or visit you as appropriate.
Outside normal office hours your call will be answered by our emergency call handling service who will arrange for the vet on call to call you back to give you interim help and advice and to arrange an urgent examination if necessary.
Please note that visits outside of normal working hours will carry an additional fee. Our vets and office staff will be able to advise you of our current out of hours charges when you speak to them.
