We understand how stressful emergency situations can be for you and your horse. Rest assured we are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and all of our team are experienced in handling equine emergencies.

During working hours your call will be answered by our experienced and knowledgeable office staff who will arrange for a vet to call or visit you as appropriate.

Outside normal office hours your call will be answered by our emergency call handling service who will arrange for the vet on call to call you back to give you help and advice and to arrange an urgent examination if necessary.

Please note that visits outside of normal working hours will carry an additional fee. Our vets and office staff will be able to advise you of our current out of hours charges when you speak to them.

In order to help our team and enable the vet to get to you as quickly as possible in emergencies, please ensure your details including where you keep your horse(s) are up to date with the practice.
