Phoenix Equine is a dedicated equine veterinary practice based in Devon. We are committed to providing our equine clients in the South West with outstanding equine veterinary care at competitive rates.
Our friendly, proven and experienced team of seven Veterinary Surgeons and three nursing and administrative staff have a long history of living and working in the South West delivering the highest standard of care to our clients and patients.
We work from bases near Exeter, Newton Abbot, Ivybridge and cover most of Devon. From our northern base (Kenniford Farm, just off Junction 30 of the M5) we cover an area ranging from Hatherleigh in the West, through Exmouth and Sidmouth to Honiton in the East and up to Cullompton in the North. From our Southern base in Ivybridge (Filham Park Equine Clinic) we cover the areas surrounding Totnes, Ivybridge, Kingsbridge and east and south of the moor.
For further work up of more complicated cases or for hospitalisation of sick horses we have access to clinic, in patient and surgical facilities in Ivybridge and in the north of the practice region. Our regional clinic facilities aim to bring more specialised care closer to our clients.
Our team is backed up with the clinical expertise of the surgical and medical specialists from the B&W Equine Clinic: Ollie Crowe (surgery and orthopaedics), Henry Tremaine (surgery and dentistry), Richard Hepburn and Imogen Johns (equine medicine). We also work closely with Jim Carter (ophthalmology) and Chris Pearce (dentistry).
